Nylon Rod Adittives:
To yet further improve the performance of Nylon Rod, manufacturers include additives during manufacture such as Molybdenum disulphide also known as Mos², this is a black graphite type self lubricant which is an addition to help where ongoing lubrication of componants is a problem. Oilon or oil filled nylon is simular to above but with a much further improved performance, oil filled nylon rod will consistantly outpreform standard nylon rod by many times in terms of wear resistance and componant lifespan. Glass filled nylon rod is also very popular, this addition improves ridigity and reduces the thermal expansion rate.
